WhatIWore: This is a guest post by my intern Val. She had all of the supplies on hand for a quick, easy and free DIY! Take it away, Val!
If you’re anything like me, you probably have more than enough pairs of sunglasses, with most of them being pretty similar. This is an easy way to…

We have a lot in common! Aside from our kick ass name…we both love Disneyland (we are honeymooning there) and are getting married.
Let me know if you need ideas. Hell, my cupcacke tower matches your theme so hit me up!

111 days left to go!
I’ve been working on updating the space and love the idea of shelves over the toilet

So I got a few from Target that I loved. And all night, I attempted to drill holes into the wall. I finally had to give up. The wall won. Who knew you could melt screws anyway?

I found this great blog full of DIY ideas around the home. One of the posts was ‘A Year in Mantels’ and all I could think of was:

Unfortunately for me, I don’t have a mantel. But I do have a book case with a very lonely top shelf!
So I took some ideas from her version

Then made my own

Most everything I had already, minus the window frame which I got from Pier 1. The rest I just made quickly (like the flags and mason jar).
This will now become a tradition. I get that summer just got here but I’m really looking forward to the rest of the seasons!
Here’s a little secret, my bouquets have been done for a few months now. They just needed to be finished off by wrapping them.
I decided on the twine and a little bit of ribbon. This purple is close to the bridesmaid dresses but not dead on - which I love!

Instead of a guest book, we are having wish jars. I decided to wrap these ones as well thanks to another Pinterest inspiration.
